Customer Service Advisor – Home Working (please note that all applicants must be based within a 30 minute drive of Rotherham)
-£11.44 per hour
-Monday to Friday 8am-6pm (37.5 hours per week)
-Working from home (must be in South Yorkshire to apply)
-Day 1 will be working from the office to collect equipment
-ASAP start
Role details
We are currently recruiting for a number of Customer Service advisors working for one of our most reputable clients who are based in the South Yorkshire area. This role will see you handling inbound calls as the first point of contact for customers, providing essential support and answering queries:
-Inbound customer Service
-Administration
-Handling inquiries
-Data Entry
-Processing applications
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate with people from all different backgrounds. You will be required to have a polite telephone manner and strive to provide the very best level of service on each and every call:
