A great opportunity to join a growing contact centre based in Glasgow City Centre on a permanent full-time basis as a Customer Service Advisor.

Contract: Permanent/Full-Time

Salary: £20,000 per annum

– 40 hour working week (working 5 days a week)
– Rotational shift pattern (Monday – Friday and 1 in 3 Saturday's)

Customer Service, communicating with customers through email, inbound and outbound calls
– Answering customer enquiries
– Processing payments
– Data entry and maintenance (updating customer information)
– Process and respond to emails and incoming mail

– City Centre location

– Full detailed training

Skills required:
– Customer service experience is essential
– Inbound/Outbound call handling not essential however preferred
– Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook not essential however preferred
