Customer Service Adviser – Temporary-Permanent or Permanent positions available

I am recruiting for a great client who are seeking a full-time Customer Service Associate to join the busy and friendly team. The role will be fully office based and can be either Temporary-Permanent or Permanent depending on the candidates' requirements and notice period.

Duties will include:

Answering customer phones calls and email enquiries in a prompt and courteous manner
Providing customer with product, price and delivery information
Updating and processing orders in a correct and timely manner
Contacting customer in a proactive fashion to notify them in the event of delayed deliveries and any changes
Taking customer payments in accordance with our agreed payment procedure
Resolving customer disputes, reviewing requests for credit notes and managing appropriately
Achieving the budget attributed to sales office team whilst ensuring all customers receive top service
Responding to all eBay and Amazon questions within maximum time limit
Handling online chat enquiries swiftly and courteouslyCandidate requirements:

Previous experience within a customer service role
Great attention to detail and data entry skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Numerate and good written English; GCSE Math's & English standard or equivalent
Able to work to deadlinesMonday-Friday open from 8am-6pm, working either 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm. One in every three Saturdays working 8am-5pm is required.
Up-to 26k DOE
Must be able to drive due to company location
