Overview
Working in the administration and customer service team.
Hours – 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday to Friday – working two weekend days per month on a rota basis – with day off in lieu in week.
* Delivering an efficient customer service experience to our customers, providing them with timely and accurate information over the phone and in writing.
* Problem solving and proactively seeking opportunities to prevent any future customer service failures.
* Logging incidents on our system
* Liaising with suppliers, regarding a quick and efficient way to resolve the customers complaint.
