Job Title: CNC Turner
Excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC Turner from a manufacturing / engineering environment.
We have worked with this client for several years; they offer a first class working environment and the opportunity to work in the Manufacturing sector.
CNC Turner – Main Duties:
* Must be able to read engineering drawings
* Must be able to set and operate with fanuc controls
* Must be confident to machine larger components
* Have at least 2 years recent experience working on CNC controlled lathes
* Must have experience machining Hardened materials
* You must have completed a apprenticeship in machining
They require a CNC Turner with a minimum 2 years’ experience.
Qualifications / Skills/ Experience:
A minimum of 2 years experience as a CNC Turner
Served an apprenticeship in CNC Machining
Salary / Hourly Rates:
Hours of work – you will be working on a 3 shift system (6am to 2pm Monday to Thursday and 6am to 12noon on a Friday, 2pm to 10pm Monday to Thursday and 12noon to 6pm on a Friday and 10pm to 6am Monday to Thursday and 6pm to Midnight on a friday). The basic working is paid at 37 hours
Salary Details
Salary will start around 36k on 3 shifts however when key skills are met this will rise to 42k and then eventually 48k.
OT Rate: £21.07 then £21.72 after 3 months
