Business Administrator

London (7 month FTC)

£32,000 to £37,000

My client a global giant in their field with offices full of great people and a fantastic environment, located in the heart of London. Working collaboratively with global & local teams; as a Business administrator you will be a part of an in-house Office Management team that facilitates office organisation and communication by providing administrative and operational support.

Responsibilities include:

Supervising contractual performance using spreadsheets and document systems

Providing reports

Renewing contracts

Negotiating contract terms with internal and external entities

Coordinating invoices, credit and final accounts as per project requirement

Filing H&S documents and supporting internal/external audits.

Secretarial tasks – General PA duties, supporting events and meetings related to the management and their attendance,

Using spreadsheets to manage expenses and company spending

Collecting and inputting company data

Following up on business communications, billing, and ordering

Keeping well-organised files and records of business activity

Researching company data and archived reports for managing contractors and vendors

Keeping computer databases up to date

Collecting and sorting post

To be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

Degree educated

previous administration experience

A thorough understanding of business environment

Ability to handle the information of the work with support.

Preferably with a Korean language communication skill but not crucial

Rapid data entry, attention to details and good editing skills

Ability to operate office gadgets such as printers and copiers

Excellent people and customer service skills

Good research skills, data analysis and the ability to translate sophisticated data into a simple format
