Job Title: Assistant Estimator
Location: London
Package: £30,000 – £40,000 plus car allowance and bonus
Skilled Careers are working with a Main Contractor who after winning a huge amount of work are looking for an Assistant Estimator to join the team in London.
The Assistant Estimator would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation. With value from £10m up to £50m.
Duties
The Assistant Estimator would be working on a range of Projects such as Commercial, Residential, Education, Super Prime and Student Accomodation.
Can demonstrate commercial awareness and a strong understanding / have a willingness to learn all elements of the construction process
Able to create and follow clearly set-out processes
Methodical, analytical and organised with an attention to detail
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work well under pressure
Personable and effective team player
Open to feedback with a willingness to learn and improve.
Requirements
An Assistant Estimator who has experience working for a UK Main Contractor or Developer
Someone has the ambitions to progress
