Our Westbury based client are looking to appoint an administrator into the newly created position of Assistant Community Support Officer, supporting the Community Officer.

The position is newly created role due to demand and workload of the transport sector they operate in.

Your remit will be to:

• update the clients web site
• liaise with colleagues re meeting agendas
• provide word and excel administrative support – i.e., data entry, typing and producing documents, reports etc

To succeed in this post, you will have excellent communication skills both written and oral, enjoy dealing with people and thrive in providing a 1st class administrative service to your stakeholders.

You must be able to work on site in Westbury around 2 days per week, the rest can be done from home and a lap top will be supplied.

The hours are 9-5 and they can be flexible around someone seeking full time or part time. The holiday allowance is 25 days (plus bank holidays).

Salary will be around £20k-£24k p/a, although again flexible around experience.
