Salary: £21,000 – £25,000
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 4:40

Key Responsibilities of an Office Administrator:

Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters, and packages
Creation and control of purchase orders and invoices
Organising meetings and scheduling appointments
Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, and financial and legal information
Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure a smooth office operation
Creating travel itineraries for Business Executives, other employees and company events Skills and Experience of an Office Administrator:

Experience working as an Administrator
Competence working with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
Great communication skills, written and verbal
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure
A hardworking, positive attitude!
