About you

The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised and have a high attention to detail whilst conducting themselves in a professional manner both written and verbally. A willingness to learn is essential, as well as to present new ideas to improve current workflows / procedures. The ability to work efficiently in a close team as well as individually is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Your daily duties will vary from but not limited to:

• Covering Reception
• Conducting Health and Safety reports
• Accurately input sales and costs into various software systems
• Complete reports: Job costing, budget variances & sales within period
• Accurately file records digitally and/or hard copies where required.
• Assist directors and general manager with their daily tasks

No previous experience is required. However, it would be preferred if you hold either:
• 2yrs experience in a similar job role
• 1yr experience in a administration role

Essential Skills:
• High attention to detail, accuracy & presentation of work
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Organisation & time keeping
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Problem solving
• Data entry
