We are recruiting for an Administrator to support a small team of dedicated Recruitment Consultants in every way they can. This could be an ideal springboard into a career in either Recruitment, Sales and Marketing, or Human Resources / Personnel.

The job has an attractive salary, pension and plenty of holidays.

The primary duties will include elements of reception, marketing of vacancies, guiding and encouraging potential applicants, and controlling the CRM and payroll databases of a medium-sized workforce.

Your varied duties makes for an interesting role, working with a variety of software and so your numeracy, literacy and data entry skills will be very good. We will be asking you to work in Microsoft Word, and you'll be adept at Email, Databases management and Social Media platforms, all adding to a job with plenty of variety.

Full training will be available in all the disciplines we ask you to employ. You will be given a solid grounding in Employment Law and Human Resources matters related to our services, but the flair you can bring (artistic or otherwise) to promote our brand and the vacancies we handle will be equally important.

The successful applicant will receive 33 days holiday per year (rising to 38) and work office hours from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Mondays to Fridays, although we may need you to contribute further occasionally.
