JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Administrator

LOCATION: Horsham, West Sussex

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 9.00am – 5.00pm

SALARY: £22,000 – £26,000 p/a (dependant on experience) with flexibility on hybrid working

Office Angels are working together with the Hiring Manager on an exciting opportunity to join their growing team as a Accounts Payable Administrator.

About the role:

Processing invoices and payments
Carry out monthly and ad-hoc reconciliations
Setting up and managing supplier accounts
Inputting credit card spend and reconciliations
Handling staff expenses in line with the companies policy
Taking on any other ad-hoc tasks when necessaryAbout you:

High level attention to detail for data entry purposes
Excellent problem solving skills
Previous experience in a financial role
