Overview

On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to commence work at their head office in Surrey, KT23 IMMEDIATELY.

Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams on project plans for system enhancements. Competent in developing various reports and creating policies and procedures to improve system operation. Detail-oriented with a sense of diligence to contribute in multiple assignments within team-oriented environment.

Duties to include:

* Extensive SAGE 50 Accounts and Payroll experience

* Extensive QuickBooks (QBO) experience

* Responsible for Sales and Purchase Invoice processing

* Purchase Ledger control

* Credit control

* Bookkeeping

* VAT submission

* Bank Payments

* Payroll (including RTI Submissions to HMRC)

* Uploading weekly employee pension earnings via approved provider
